Multifamily UPREIT has recently acquired The Mill at Georgetown for $47.3MM.  The community, built in 2012, offers contemporary, open-space floor plans with two modern finish packages for one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and townhomes. Amenities include resident clubroom, fitness center, a resort-style pool with shaded pergola, outdoor lounge, and grilling area. The Mill’s high-quality finishes and convenient living experience are poised to attract professionals employed by larger companies in the region.

Just 3 miles from The Mill at Georgetown, Toyota recently invested an additional $8.5 billion into its 30-year-old facility. Now employing over 10,000 people within the area, this facility is currently the carmaker’s largest manufacturing center in the world.  

The property  has not only proven to be a popular choice for residents, but has also maintained a consistently high occupancy rate, demonstrating itself as a potentially accretive long-term investment. This asset aligns with RealSource’s investment strategy to seek sustainable REIT acquisitions to build and protect wealth.
